Wills and Probate

Although no one likes discussing death and its problems, everybody should make a will. The taxman is probably the last person you would wish to inherit your estate. We would be very pleased to discuss your individual situation and any tax. implications it may have. Your will is a binding record of what you would like to happen after you die and we take the time and the trouble to make sure that it is finished in the way you want. Once made, wills can be kept in our strongroom free of charge.

If relatives contact us then we can check our database and confirm immediately whether there are any special funeral or other instructions.

We act in the administration of estates of people who have died and can deal with everything from obtaining the grant of probate to a complete distribution of all the assets among the beneficiaries.

We also deal with powers of attorney and advise about other legal and financial matters that affect the elderly. We frequently make visits to hospitals and nursing homes to see clients who cannot call at our office.
