Landlord and Tenant

We deal with residential, commercial and agricultural tenancies. We specialise in acting for landlords, but we are happy to advise tenants as well. The usual form of letting is the Assured Shorthold Tenancy.

If there are problems with the management of the tenancy then we would strongly advise you to seek legal advice at the earliest possible date.
